General terms and conditions gift card

1- Purchasing and using the gift card
Your gift card must be used to make a purchase on www.artworkcircle.luYour gift card can be used to purchase any product, unless otherwise specified, and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. The amount of the purchase will be deducted from your gift card balance, including shipping and taxes. No shipping or other fees will be charged to you for the purchase of your gift card. If a purchase exceeds your gift card balance, the difference between your gift card balance and the amount of the purchase must be paid with a credit card or other payment method available on the site. www.artworkcircle.luGift Cards are available in any amount and will be emailed immediately after purchase or at a later date of your choosing. Upon request, Art Work Circle will provide the Gift Card purchaser with information on the status of the Gift Card, including any available balance on the Gift Card.
2- Limitations
Art Work Circle is not responsible if your Gift Card is used by an unauthorized person.- Your Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.- Your Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.- Your Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card.- Your Gift Card can only be used for online purchases on Art Work Circle. www.artworkcircle.luIf an item purchased with your gift card is returned, any refund will be made on a new gift card. Art Work Circle is not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable, late or not received due to inaccurate information provided by purchasers, including inaccurate email addresses.
3- Risks of loss
Protect your Gift Card as it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed - Protect your Gift Card as Art Work Circle reserves the right to refuse to use your Gift Card if we suspect, in our sole discretion, fraudulent activity related to your Gift Card - Protect your Gift Card as Art Work Circle is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4- Fraud
Art Work Circle reserves the right to refuse to use your Gift Card and to close your account if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is used and/or used to make a purchase on www.artworkcircle.lu.
5- Limited liability
Art Work Circle makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards. In the event that a Gift Card code does not work, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such Gift Card.
