Luc Deflorenne
Luc discovered photography late in life. It was in 1998, after a first year in cinema in Brussels, that he decided to study photography. He took over as head of press reporting in the Agency and returned to Luxembourg after a year as a freelance photographer. He subsequently worked on the opening of a French-language daily newspaper in Luxembourg and on various magazines. In 2005, he worked with the Luxembourg Government during its Presidency and became one of its official photographers. He specialises in portraits, corporate reports and interior design. At the end of 2008, together with two other photographers, he set up the Octobre-Rouge collective, which enabled him to work on more in-depth projects outside his professional context. Today, Luc Deflorenne is an institutional photographer specialising in corporate and portrait photography.
