Jill Bettendorff
Jill Bettendorff is a Luxembourg artist who lives and works in Berlin. Her youth and early twenties were initially marked by dance.
After graduating in art, she studied dance at the Institut de formation professionnelle Rick Odums in Paris, travelled to the United States and settled in Berlin, where she obtained a BA in Art specialising in Photography at the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule.
His photographic work is strongly influenced by movement, dance, the human body, nature and minimalist aesthetics.
Jill Bettendorff's work has been shown at the Künstlerhaus Bethanien and the Kühlhaus in Berlin as well as at the MUDAM, the Carré Rotondes, the 1535 Creative Hub, Extrabold, the Konschthaus beim Engel in Luxembourg City and the Galerie Cornelissen in Wiesbaden.
Jill Bettendorff also won the Génération Art show, produced by RTL Télé in 2015.
